Both Vicky, Cristina Barcelona and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is released 6th February. Other movies to look out for that week include Disney's Bolt and The Secret of Moonacre.

February also sees the release of the remake of Friday 13th and brings a sprinkling of horror to cinemas this month.

Masked killer Jason Voorhees returns to kill again this contemporary remake of the classic 1980 horror movie.

Whitney (Amanda Righetti), Jenna (Danielle Panabaker), Trent (Travis VanWinkle), and the other counsellors at Camp Crystal Lake find themselves hunted down by a machete wielding maniac known as Jason Voorhees (Derek Mears). Meanwhile Whitney’s brother Clay (Jared Padalecki) shows up looking for her, after she goes missing.

Friday 13th is released February 13th. Other films to look out for this week include Notorious and Hotel For Dogs.

Benicio Del Toro may be hoping for a Oscar nod and the second part of Steven Soderburgh's epic biopic of political figure Che Guevara is released.

Ernesto "Che" Guevara (Benicio Del Toro) has abandoned Cuba in order to start an even more daunting Latin-American revolution. He starts in Bolivia where, using a pseudonym, Che begins training his cobbled-together forces.

This time around, however, Che's asthma is taking a greater toll, and the odds are stacked much higher against him. Yet even when the cause appears to be lost, Che remains defiant.

Having accomplished the impossible in Cuba, he is determined to do the same thing here. But unfortunately time catches up to him, putting an end to his mission once and for all.

This labour of love has been a festival hit since previewing last May at the Cannes Film Festival.

Clint Eastwood's last acting performance is also released this month as Gran Torino hits screens, a role which might see him get an Oscar, he is also on directing duties.

Walt Kowalski is a widower, grumpy, tough-minded, borderline-hateful, unhappy old man who can't get along with either his kids or his neighbours, a Korean War veteran whose prize possession is a 1973 Gran Torino he keeps in cherry condition.

When his neighbour Tao, a young Hmong teenager, tries to steal his Gran Torino, Kowalski sets out to reform the youth. Drawn against his will into the life of Tao's family, Kowalski is soon taking steps to protect them form the gangs that foul their neighbourhood.

Che part 2 and Gran Torino will be released 20th February. Other movies to look out for this week include Push and The Story of Anvil.
