Jigsaw's fiendish challenges have blood-curdling consequences for innocent and guilty alike in the chilling new instalment of the world's most popular horror saga.
Can it really be five years since the original Saw film first burst onto the screen - and in the process launched an entire new sub-genre of horror?
Well, here's the sixth film in the series, and the franchise shows no sign of losing its grip on that all-important fear factor - or on the attention of its legions of followers worldwide.
When the film opens Special Agent Strahm is dead, and Detective Mark Hoffman (Costas Mandylor) has emerged as the unchallenged successor to the legacy of Jigsaw (Tobin Bell).
However, when the FBI draws closer to Hoffman, he is forced to set a game into motion, and Jigsaw's grand scheme is finally understood.
Shawnee Smith (as Amanda Young) and Peter Outerbridge (as William Easton) also appear in this suitably sinister sequel.
Starring: Costas Mandylor, Tobin Bell, Mark Rolston, Betsy Russell
Saw VI is released 23rd October
