Dracula Untold

Dracula Untold

We have seen many versions of Dracula hit the big screen over the years, but this autumn sees the release of Dracula Untold.

Dracula Untold is a brand new origins story that will see the very lovely Luke Evans take on the central role of Vlad Tepes.

Dracula Untold marks the directorial debut of Gary Shore, as he makes the leap from shorts to feature film.

The movie has been inspired by the work of Bram Stoker, but the script has been penned by Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless.

This time around, the film explores the story of a man who becomes Dracula.

Evans is joined on the cast list by Dominic Cooper, Samantha Barks, Sarah Gadon, Charles Dance, and Charlie Cox.

Dracula Untold is the first big screen outing for Evans since the success of The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug, and it is great to see him in another leading role.

This is also the first of two autumn movies for Evans, as he is set to reprise the role of Bard in The Battle of the Five Armies.

Dracula Untold has a real gothic feel to it, and I am looking forward to seeing a new twist put on this well-known story.

Dracula Untold is released 3rd October.
