I think you would be hard pushed to find someone who was not a fan of Finding Nemo as we were introduced to the characters of Nemo, Dory, and Marlin for the first time back in 2003.

Finding Dory

Finding Dory

Next summer we will see the trio return to the big screen in the highly anticipated Finding Dory, which is set to be one of the biggest animation movies at the box office in 2016.

We are huge fans of Pixar here at FemaleFirst and Finding Dory is promising to be another family-friendly film that will be packed with excitement, laughter, and great characters.

The first trailer for Finding Dory has arrived and we have it for you to take a look at:

Finding Dory will see Andrew Stanton back in the director's chair for his first animation feature since the success of Wall-E. As well as being in the director's chair, Stanton has also penned the film's screenplay.

Ellen DeGeneres and Albert Brooks are back as Dory and Marlin, while Idris Elba, Dominic West, Diane Keaton, Ed O'Neill, and Eugene Levy are some of the great new additions to the cast list.

Disney Pixar's Finding Dory reunites everyone's favourite forgetful blue tang, Dory, with her friends Nemo and Marlin on a search for answers about her past. What can she remember? Who are her parents? And where did she learn to speak Whale?

Finding Dory is one of the sequels that Pixar has on the horizon over the next couple of years and it really does look set to be one of the most successful. However, we do have quite a wait as the movie won't be swimming into cinemas until next summer as part of the bumper blockbuster season.

Finding Dory is released 29th July 2016.
