If you are an animation film fan then Kung Fu Panda 3 is a film that you cannot afford to miss when it hits the big screen in March of next year.

Kung Fu Panda 3

The Kung Fu Panda franchise is already a hugely successful one, but Kung Fu Panda 3 looks set to be the biggest instalment yet... however, we are going to have to wait a little longer for its March release.

While there are going to be plenty of familiar characters in the new film, Mei Mei, voiced by Kate Hudson, is set to be one of the big new additions.

And you can meet Mei Mei for the first time in this terrific new clip - which sees her putting Po in his place. Check it out:

Kate Hudson isn't the only voice to watch out for as Bryan Cranston and J.K. Simmons are on board as Li - Po's father - and Kai.

Jack Black is returning to the franchise as the loveable Po, while Angelina Jolie, Dustin Hoffman, Jackie Chan, Seth Rogen, Lucy Liu and David Cross are also back.

When Po's long-lost panda father suddenly reappears, the reunited duo travels to a secret panda paradise to meet scores of hilarious new panda characters.

But when the supernatural villain Kai begins to sweep across China defeating all the kung fu masters, Po must do the impossible... learn to train a village full of his fun-loving, clumsy brethren to become the ultimate band of Kung Fu Pandas!

Kung Fu Panda 3 is set to be one of the biggest animation movies of 2016 and I can't wait to see what directors Alessandro Carloni and Jennifer Yuh have in store for us this time around.

Kung Fu Panda 3 is released March 2016.
