50 Cent is in the "heavyweight" league of acting.
The rapper said he's actually made it into the upper echelons of acting now he has worked with greats including Al Pacino, Robert DeNiro, Mickey Rouke, Jason Statham and Ray Winstone.
He told BANG Showbiz: "Oh man, I'm in with the heavyweights man. At this point it's exciting, but it's a learning experience for me.
"I had the opportunity to work with Al Pacino and Robert DeNiro and it's interesting from an artist's perspective to be around other artists and have an energy that is in some sense stronger than yours."
When we go into the nightclub environment I'm absolutely the man, that's where music lives, but when we're in film projects and you're talking about Robert DeNiro and Al Pacino, I'm like, 'Hello! Film people, I'm over here'.
50 stars with British actor Danny Dyer in forthcoming film 'Dead Man Running' and last year starred in thriller 'Righteous Kill' alongside Al and Robert. He is also set to appear with Mickey, Jason and Ray in upcoming crime caper 'Twelve' - but said he has to fight to get attention on the sets.
