The next Batman film is set to be released in 2011.
Executive producer Michael Uslan - who has worked on all six live-action films since director Tim Burton revived the franchise in 1989 with 'Batman' - has confirmed another sequel is on its way, but refused to spill any further details.
It's one of those deals where if I told you anything about it, I'd have to kill you
He told Jersey's The Courier Post: "It's one of those deals where if I told you anything about it, I'd have to kill you."
It is uncertain whether director Christopher Nolan - who helmed both 'Batman Begins' and 'The Dark Knight' - has signed on to make his third film in the series.
He previously said: "I have to ask the question: 'How many good third movies in a franchise can people name?' At the same time, in taking on the second one, we had the challenge of trying to make a great second movie, and there haven't been too many of those either."
Meanwhile, Liam Neeson has recently expressed an interest to reprise his role as Ra's Al Ghul for a second time, despite the character apparently dying in 'Batman Begins'.
