Ben Affleck Comfortable With Sex Scenes

Ben Affleck has revealed that he was comfortable with the sex scenes in his new movie The Town.

The Oscar winner is back behind as well as in front of the camera for his new project, the first movie he has directed since  he enjoyed critical success with Gone Baby Gone, alongside Rebecca Hall, Jeremy Renner and Blake Lively.

And the actor had to shoot sex scenes with both Hall and Lively but admits that he was worried about them as they are all part and parcel of being an actor.

Speaking at the Toronto International Film Festival, he said: "I wasn't too worried about it. Blake was actually more mature about it than I was, she was like, 'So what happens?'

"We just figured out blocking and choreography and boom boom. We knew it was a bit tawdry and depressing and sad, and by the same token it was a bit graphic, and Blake just nailed it. It was easy as they come."

"For Rebecca, same thing. I would have been embarrassed to be embarrassed at that point; we knew each other really well. It wasn't really pornographic. It's things you do just living, it happens all the time. It does though!"

The Town is released 24th September.
