Ben Affleck Uncomfortable With Praise

Ben Affleck believes that too much credit goes to the director.

The Oscar winner is back behind the camera this week for his new movie The Town, a movie in which he also stars, that has been a hit with the critics.

And while the movie has been receiving plenty of praise Affleck admits that he is uncomfortable taking credit for the movie.

Speaking to the Guardian the actor said: "When Jeremy [Renner] runs across the street, those cars were stopping inches from him.

"I would never have had the balls to do what he did. I thought he was going to get hit every time he did it. But it just illustrates that people give too much credit to the director.

"I always feel uncomfortable showing up and going, 'Yes, I did that'."

The Town, which also stars Rebecca Hall, Blake Lively and Jon Hamm, has already topped the box office in America.

The Town is out now.
