Bill Murray wants a girl Ghostbuster. The 'Lost in Translation' star recently revealed he is considering reprising his role of Peter Venkman for another instalment in the franchise and has now said he would love to have a female sidekick join him in hunting for other-worldly creatures in the new movie. He said: "I think it'd be funny to have a girl Ghostbuster. We don't have a girl Ghostbuster. I think there's some funny girls I'd love to see be Ghostbusters." With The Office's American writers Gene Stupnitsky and Lee Eisenberg currently penning a script for 'Ghostbusters 3', the 58-year-old actor says he hopes for a return to the comedic dialogue used in the original movie. He added to MTV news: "I hope they go back to the original version. The first 'Ghostbusters' was such a funny movie, and the first 45 minutes of it or so - there's only maybe one or two special effects."It's just these guys being funny, and the characters were really funny, and the situations were funny. They wrote some funny scenes and left room for improvisation, and we made a funny movie."The original Ghostbusters - a group of parapsychology professors offering a ghost removal service - were Bill's character Peter, Ray Stantz, and Egon Spengler played by Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis respectively, who were later joined by Winston Zeddmore, played by Ernie Hudson.
