Bill Paxton Replaces Quaid in Knockout

Bill Paxton has stepped in to replace Dennis Quaid in new movie Knockout - after the actor dropped out due to "scheduling conflicts."

Quaid had been due to tackle a role in Steven Soderbergh's upcoming film, playing the father of a secret agent alongside a star-studded cast including Channing Tatum, Ewan McGregor and Antonio Banderas.

But the actor pulled out of the role at the last minute, leaving movie bosses to recruit Paxton as his replacement, according to The Playlist.

The production is scheduled to start filming in Ireland on 8 February (10).
