Blake Lively Goes To Town

Blake Lively has joined the cast of Ben Affleck's new movie.

The 'Gossip Girl' star will appear alongside Jon Hamm, Rebecca Hall and Jeremy Renner in 'The Town', the latest film to be directed by the 'Pearl Harbor' actor.

The crime thriller - which is based on Chuck Hogan's novel 'Prince Of Thieves' - sees Blake portraying the ex-girlfriend of a gang leader Doug MacRae, played By Ben.

Doug is trying to decide whether to turn his back on his life of crime after falling for the manager of a bank he and his gang held up, while being pursued by FBI agent Adam Frawley, played by Jon.

Shooting is scheduled to begin in Boston next month ahead of a September 10 release date.
