Bruce Willis has described Looper as the best movie project that he has ever done.
The action star teams up with director Rhian Johnson and actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt to for the sci-fi movie, which is due out later this year.
Willis and Gordon Levitt both take on the role of hitman Joe and all hell breaks looks as Gordon Levitt's character discovers that he will be a future target.
Speaking to Esquire magazine the actor said: "It's better than anything I've ever done.
"Rian did an amazing thing. He conceived an original story. He wrote it, sold it, stuck with it, directed it, and finished it.
"That's just tough to do in this town. Someone always weasels into the process. That didn't happen here."
But before we see Willis in Looper he is back on the big screen this week in Moonrise Kingdom, the new movie from director Wes Anderson.
He is also set to join Sylvester Stallone and Jason Statham in Expendables 2 later this summer.
Looper is released 28th September.
