Clint Eastwood Has No Intention of Quitting

Clint Eastwood has revealed that he will continue to make movies.

The filmmaker is back later this year with his new movie Hereafter - which teams him up with Matt Damon. Hereafter is the first movie for Eastwood since Invictus last year.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph the filmmaker said: “I was always curious why somebody like Billy Wilder would stop making movies in his sixties when someone like John Huston was directing when he was in a wheelchair.

"It just depends on your abilities at that particular time of life. People peak at different times of life.

“There is a Portuguese director who is 104 and still making movies."

Eastwood has not been seen in front of the camera since Gran Torino in 2008 as he now concentrates on his directing career.

He already has another project in the pipeline as he is all set to team up with Leonardo DiCaprio for a biopic of J.Edgar Hoover.

Hereafter is released 28th January.
