Courteney Cox Arquette Ready To Scream Again

Courteney Cox Arquette is excited about 'Scream 4'.

The 'Cougar Town' actress can't wait to begin work on the horror sequel, which will see her team up with husband Dave Arquette to play reporter Gale Weathers and sheriff Dwight 'Dewey' Riles respectively.

Quashing speculation the characters would be killed off early in the movie, Courteney said: "There are really only a few of us that survived.

"They're probably back living in Woodsboro, where the first movie was set. I think that he's probably still deputy sheriff, and I've had a lot of kids. I don't know. I'm probably miserable, and then I'm sure a lot of murdering will happen."

Kevin Williamson, who penned the first two movies in the series, is returning to write the new film, which will also see the return of original star Neve Campbell.
