Danny Glover Honoured

Danny Glover was honored for his lengthy movie career during a film festival in France on Wednesday (07Sep11).
 
The Lethal Weapon icon was the guest of honor at the Deauville American Film Festival and he picked up a trophy in recognition of his contribution to American cinema.
 
Glover is the latest star to land the prize - veteran actress Shirley MacLaine received the award on Sunday (04Sep11).

And Glover has been working on a whole host of projects this year including Mysteria, Donovan's Echo and Highland Park - wll of which have been completed.

He is currently filming Spores, which also stars Vinnie Jones.
