David Tennant To Team Up With Billie Piper

David Tennant and Billie Piper are reportedly in talks to re-unite for Love On The Murder Mile.

According to the Daily Mail the movie is a London based thriller and Johnny Glynn has penned the script.

It's believed that Piper's husband Laurence Fox is in line to produce and the movie may also star Pirates of the Caribbean actor Mackenzie Crook and Matthew Rhys from U.S. hit show Brothers and Sister.

Tennant and Piper first joined forces on BBC flag ship series Doctor Who, as Tennant took over the role of the Timelord from Christopher Eccleston.

The pair starred together for just one season as Piper left the show at the end of 2006. However she has returned to the show, they were last seen together on 2009's Christmas Special.

Since leaving the show Piper has found success on ITV with Secret Diary of A Call Girl, currently in it's third series.

Tennant called time on his stint as The Doctor at Christmas after holding the role since 2005. Since then he has concentrated on a movie career with roles in Glorious 39 and St. Trinian's II: The Legend of Fritton's Gold.
