Del Toro Sued Over Car Crash

Benicio Del Toro is facing legal action from a man who alleges he suffered a "major spinal injury" in a car crash with the actor.

Hassam Zarbakhsh claims he was severely hurt when The Usual Suspects star's Ford Bronco smashed into his sports utility vehicle in Hollywood earlier this year (10), according to a lawsuit filed on Tuesday (12 Oct 10) at Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Zarbakhsh's lawyer tells TMZ.com his client sustained a "major spinal injury" in the accident.

He is said to be seeking a judgment in the six-figure range but the exact sum is unknown.
