Johnson In 'trouble' Over House Bills.Actor DON JOHNSON has rushed to pay his bills for his Colorado ranch, after a local lending company attempted to sell the estate.The MIAMI VICE star reportedly failed to fulfil a $10.6 million (£6.2 million) promissory note for his 17 acre Aspen ranch, which previously ran into trouble in 2004, when the Los Angeles-based City National bank attempted to foreclose on the home when a $930,447 (£547,000) loan collapsed.The suit, filed earlier this month (16MAR06), claimed that "defaults have occurred under the deed of trust, including... the failure to make timely payments as required under the deed of trust."However, Johnson's publicist ELLIOT MINTZ insists the problem has since "been remedied".He adds, "This company plans to withdraw the order.
