Dustin Hoffman Turns Down Little Fockers

Dustin Hoffman will be absent from the sequel to Meet the Fockers - he's refused to sign up for the latest installment of the comedy franchise.
 
The actor, who played Ben Stiller's dad in the 2004 film, was rumoured to be returning for a part in the forthcoming movie, Little Fockers.
 
But Hoffman has not signed up to star alongside Robert De Niro, Ben Stiller, and Teri Polo who are returing to the franchise for a third time.

Barbra Streisand is yet to confirm whether she will return as Stiller's mum while Jessica Alba and Laura Dern are new faces on the cast list.

The third film in the franchise sees the Focker and the Byrnes families rally around Greg and Pam as they try to raise twins.

Little Fockers will be the first film in the series not to be directed by Jay Roach.
