Eddie Murphy has revealed that has no desire to return to the Shrek franchise.
The actor voiced the character of Donkey in the hit franchise, which spanned four movies, but he doesn't not want to reprise the role again.
Speaking to TMZ the actor said: "No more Shrek. I'm Shrek'd out."
"We did five of them if you count the Halloween ones and the Christmas ones. [So that's] quite a bit of it."
Puss In Boots is the first spin-off from the Shrek series, which sees Antonio Banderas return to voice the title character, and is released later this year.
Murphy is currently filming Tower Heist, which is directed by Brett Ratner and also stars Ben Stiller and Matthew Broderick.
