Dame Elizabeth Taylor has become the latest star to pay tribute to legendary singer/actress Lena Horne who died on Sunday (10May10).
The veteran actress has called The Wiz star "one of the most beautiful women in the world" in a new Twitter.com post.
Taylor writes, "Her dignity and grace and talent shall be remembered forever."
U.S. President Barack Obama is also mourning the passing of the star.
In a statement, Obama called Horne "a most cherished entertainer" who warmed hearts with her "beautiful voice".
The President also hailed her efforts to promote justice and equality.
Horne died in New York. She was 92.
