Rossum Reveals Poseidon Accidents And Illnesses.PHANTOM OF THE OPERA star EMMY ROSSUM feels lucky to have wrapped disaster film POSEIDON in one piece - she was the only lead cast member healthy at the end of the underwater shoot.Rossum and co-stars KURT RUSSELL, JOSH LUCAS and MIA MAESTRO all spent six months in huge water tanks filming the POSEIDON ADVENTURE remake and they all were forced to check into hospital with illnesses, cuts and bruises.Unscathed Rossum explains, "This was the most dangerous film I've worked on.Kurt got pneumonia, Josh broke 10 tendons in his right hand, a little boy got a concussion, and Mia went to the hospital with a head injury."Meanwhile the fikm has made FRIDA star MIA MAESTRO obsessed with scuba diving after taking lessons in the water sport for new deep-sea disaster film POSEIDON.The Argentine actress spent hours underwater in the upcoming remake and now she can't stay out of the ocean - or the bath.She explains, "Your body never gets used to being wet 12 hours a day for five months. When we were freezing the production put a hot tub in for us between scenes.

"They gave us little bottles of water not to get too dehydrated. You get addicted to it. I would come back home and take a 40 minute bath which sounds crazy.

"I decided to keep up with my scuba diving and swimming - you miss it after a while."
