Fred Durst says his next film is inspired by 'Silence of the Lambs'.
The Limp Bizkit rocker - who is about to release coming-of-age-drama 'The Education of Charlie Banks' - is about to start work on directing his next movie, 'Psycho Killer' and has begged fans to take it seriously.
He said: ""My next film is called 'Psycho Killer,' about a serial killer on a mission. I love the title. But it's not a throwaway, quick-fix slasher film - it's like a 'Silence of the Lambs.' "

Despite admitting 'The Education of Charlie Banks' was far removed from his own childhood, Fred insists he could relate to the feelings of the lead character.
He explained: "I identified with Charlie even though his sheltered world was a little different from mine growing up. And I really identified with Mick, who's the tough guy, for my own personal reasons.
"I feel like I've had moments where I couldn't get out of my own way and from baggage I brought on psychologically from the hand I was dealt growing up."
