George Lucas needs something for Indiana Jones to look for.
The movie producer - who is keen to make a fifth film in the adventure franchise - is trying to come up with a MacGuffin, a film term for a plot device which drives the story but has little significance otherwise.
He said: "Yes - we're looking for a MacGuffin, which is an object that he goes after. They're very hard to come by!"
He added: It really depends on what it is Indy goes looking for and then how the story falls out of that, and then how convenient or inconvenient it is to have the group there
The filmmaker also said whatever archaeological artefact he comes up with for the titular adventurer - played by Harrison Ford in the first four films - to seek out will affect the decision on whether or not to reunite the original cast.
He added: "It really depends on what it is Indy goes looking for and then how the story falls out of that, and then how convenient or inconvenient it is to have the group there."
