Frank Darabont has quit 'Law Abiding Citizen'.The director has departed the psychological thriller in an "ugly" split, though the reason for his exit - which is believed to have taken place last week - is unknown. The news of his departure throws the casting of Jamie Foxx into doubt, because although in talks to star as a vigilante in the movie, he had not yet signed a deal. The movie also stars Gerard Butler as an assistant district attorney who helps a murderer get out of jail with a plea bargain, only to find himself the subject of a revenge plot from the murder victim's husband.Frank is credited as a co-writer on the script with Kurt Wimmer. No replacement director has been named.0Comments | Be the first to comment!
