Harrison Ford credits his girlfriend Calista Flockhart's adopted son Liam with helping him maintain his youthful appearance - because looking after a seven-year-old keeps him active.The 65-year-old Indiana Jones star thinks of young Liam as his own, and admits that running around after kids is the best anti-ageing product - even for those with good genes.He tells Britain's Hello magazine, "My parents lived long and fairly healthy lives so I'm fortunate to have inherited those genes."But having a seven-year-old child has probably more to it than anything. It keeps you involved in life. It renews you.
