The Oscars are staying put - Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences bosses have signed a new deal to keep the annual prizegiving at the Hollywood and Highland complex until 2033.
But the name of the venue will change - the Kodak Theatre will be renamed the Dolby Theatre.
The news follows a Dolby Laboratories agreement with the owners of the complex to take over the naming rights to the venue after Kodak officials filed for bankruptcy.
The Oscars ceremony has been staged at the Kodak Theatre for the past decade.
