Jade Goody Film In Pipeline

A film about the life of Jade Goody is already in the pipeline.

Nick Love, the filmmaker behind The Football Factory and The Business is rumoured to be the favoured choice to helm the project.

Danny Hayward, a friend of the late star, told The Times: "Her story lends itself to a biographical film. She's captured the mood of the nation.

"We're talking about it, and we welcome approaches. We want it to tap into raising awareness of cervical cancer."

However the director may have to pass on the film as he is currently working on completing The Firm.

Goody passed away at the weekend after a long, and very public, battle with cervical cancer.
