Jennifer Aniston's Friends Worried About Role

Jennifer Aniston's friends fear that the actress may damage her career should she the topless, lesbian scenes in her new movie.

The actress is set to work alongside funnyman Paul Rudd in David Wain's new movie Wanderlust and while the movie will break the mould for the Marley And Me star her friends are worried that this may backfire.

"It’s a huge risk," a source close to the actress told American tabloid the National Enquirer.

"Jen thought long and hard about doing this stuff, but seeing her last few movies tank really convinced her she should take a gamble.

"Lord knows Jennifer still has the body to pull off showing skin in a film, but there’s a big chance it could backfire on her. She’s known for doing sweet comedies.

"Jen and Paul Rudd play a married couple who leave Manhattan and move to Atlanta - but end up being seduced into a hippie commune en route.

"Her character rips off her top to protest the building of a discount department store, hops into bed with the male population of the commune, smokes pot, and, in the raciest scene, has three-way sex with two other women - and one of them is pregnant!

"It’s not the stuff you’d expect from sweet, lovable Jen. But you’ve got to admire her for having the nerve to really step out of her comfort zone."

Aniston has struggled at the box office this year with both The Bounty Hunter and The Switch struggling both commercially and critically. However Wanderlust is just one project that she has in the pipeline.

She has already completed work on Just Go With It, which sees her team up with Adam Sandler and Nicole Kidman, and she is currently filming Horrible Bosses with Jason Bateman and Colin Farrell.
