Jennifer Lawrence is to co-host the 2012 Academy Awards nominations announcement later this month (Jan12).
Lawrence was the major breakthrough star of last year and picked up a Best Actress nomination for her performance in Winter's Bone.
She will join Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences President Tom Sherak for the big reveal on 24 January (12).
The pair will unveil the nominations in 10 of the 24 categories during a 5:30am news conference at the Academy's Samuel Goldwyn Theatre in Beverly Hills, California.
