Joe Jonas will not star in 'Valentine's Day'.
The Jonas Brothers star has quashed speculation he is set to appear in the movie after revealing scheduling conflicts meant he was unable to sign up for the film.
He said: "I actually went for the audition, and it was looking really good, but scheduling just wasn't working out. They were filming in the summer and we were touring during the summer.
He added to website Just Jared: It's Anne Hathaway and all these other big stars that star in that movie, and they have to shift schedules around
"We figured it out on our part, but it was just difficult because they're working with so many superstars, that scheduling is really hard to adjust than a normal film, like if it was just me and a few other people."
However, the singer hasn't ruled out hope of managing to land his dream role somehow.
He added to website Just Jared: "It's Anne Hathaway and all these other big stars that star in that movie, and they have to shift schedules around. I think we're going to try and do something for that, but it all depends on schedules."
Joining Anne in 'Valentine's Day' are Julia Roberts, Taylor Lautner, Jessica Biel, Emma Roberts, Jessica Alba, Ashton Kutcher, Jamie Foxx and Bradley Cooper.
