Johnny Depp Wants 21 Jump Street Cameo

Johnny Depp admits that he would appear in the new 21 Jump Street movie but he hasn’t yet been approached about it.

The actor shot to fame in the TV series back in the eighties and a big screen adaptation is in the works; Channing Tatum, Jonah Hill and Julianne Hough have all been linked to the movie.

And Depp has revealed that he would be more than happy to cameo in the film.

Speaking to MTV the actor said: "I've said I'm into it, but no-one's actually approached me.

"I think it would be pretty easy."

Depp is back on the big screen this week as he stars in Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck’s new movie The Tourist alongside Angelina Jolie.

The Oscar nominated actor has already enjoyed box office success this year as Alice In Wonderland, in which he played the Mad Hatter, broke $1 billion at the box office.

The Tourist is released 10th December.
