'Super Violent' Jonah Hex

Megan Fox has revealed that her new movie Jonah Hex is 'super violent'.

The Transformers actress teams up with Josh Lucas, who takes on the role of Jonah Hex, for the latest DC Comic adaptation.

In the Wild West, a scarred bounty hunter tracks a voodoo practitioner bent on liberating the South by raising an army of the undead.

In an interview with MTV the actress said: "I think it's a really good interpretation of the comic. It somehow manages to be super-violent while still having a PG-13 rating. I don't know how they did that.

"It looks incredible and I've never been so blown away with the performances in an action film, aside from my own, as I am in this one.

"Because it's Brolin and [John] Malkovich and Michael Fassbender, and these theatre actors who are just phenomenons and brilliantly talented."

Jonah Hex will be released next summer.
