Kevin Costner Hospitalised After Falling Ill

Kevin Costner was treated in a Los Angeles hospital this week (06-07Jan08), after calling emergency services following a fainting spell.The 53-year-old Oscar winner called 911 on Tuesday morning (06Jan08) complaining of dizziness while driving to a meeting.

Mr. Costner experienced some light-headedness while he was driving, was checked out at the hospital and released after tests found that everything was normal

Paramedics raced to the scene and found Costner vomiting by the side of the road, according to tmz. He was reportedly taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and held overnight for tests.Costner's publicist tells Wenn, "Mr. Costner experienced some light-headedness while he was driving, was checked out at the hospital and released after tests found that everything was normal".
