Lily Cole Turned to Comedy for St. Trinian's

British actress/model Lily Cole embraced her turn in ST. TRINIAN'S - because it allowed her to poke fun at herself.

The 21 year old, who is currently studying at the U.K.'s prestigious Cambridge University, played geeky Polly in the 2007 movie.

I quite liked taking the p**s out of the fact I do study a lot

But Cole refused to take her stint in the film too seriously - admitting she used her role to mirror her own studious lifestyle.

She says, "It was fun. There wasn't really much pressure. I didn't really take it very seriously. I wasn't really committed to the character. I like the idea of being a model and playing a geek. I quite liked taking the p**s out of the fact I do study a lot. It was just a bit sardonic."
