ROSARIO MUST WAIT FOR HER DAY IN COURTMEN IN BLACK II star ROSARIO DAWSON will have to wait until next year (05) to find out if she'll face a legal rap for an ill-conceived movie protest, after her court case was postponed on Friday (12NOV04).Dawson was arrested for wearing an illegal ski mask during a New York protest at the Republican Party Congress in August (04) - but maintains she was using the rally to shoot a scene in a new movie. The actress, who has pleaded not guilty to charges against her, is due back in court in January (05).
