Moore Settles Lawsuit With Weinstein Over Fahrenheit 911

Filmmaker Michael Moore has settled a legal battle over his documentary Fahrenheit 911 with movie mogul brothers Bob and Harvey Weinstein.

Moore filed suit against the siblings last February (11), accusing them of using "financial deception" and "bogus accounting methods" to hide his share of profits from the 2004 film.

The director vowed to take the case to court but he's now come to an undisclosed agreement with the Weinsteins, according to documents filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court.

The settlement will be made official in May (12).
