Natalie Portman has revealed that she may follow the example of Audrey Hepburn and step away from her career for her family.
The actress is expecting her first child later this year with fiance Benjamin Millepied and the actress admits that Hepburn made some 'good choices' when it came to her family.
Speaking to The Sun's Buzz Magazine the actress said: "Audrey made some good choices in life... More and more I realise how unimportant it is to be in the history books or anything like that.
"Putting time and energy into your children - that's valuable."
2011 has already been a great year for Portman having won rave reviews for her performance in Black Swan - which saw her go on to win a Best Actress Oscar.
Since then she has mixed and matched her roles moving from comedy Your Highness to big budget blockbuster Thor.
Thor, in which she plays Jane Foster, has topped the box office on both sides of the Atlantic.
