Talk show queen and famed philanthropist Oprah Winfrey has proven her generosity once again - after donating $1.5 million (£937,500) to an inner-city school in Atlanta, Georgia.
Winfrey donated $365,000 (£228,125) to The Ron Clark Academy, a private middle school in one of the city's poorest neighbourhoods, just last December (08) - and she has had school founder Ron Clark on her U.S. talk show twice.
Now the media mogul has upped her generous efforts, to help bankroll the school's $2.8 million (£1.75 million) operating budget.
Winfrey's donation will be used to expand the school's campus with plans to build a cafeteria, gymnasium and theatre.
