Penelope Cruz has revealed that she feels privileged to work with Woody Allen again on another movie.

The pair teamed up back in 2008 on Vicky Cristina Barcelona - a role that brought Cruz a Best Supporting Actress Oscar.

And the actress is set to work with Allen once again in his new movie Bop Decameron, which will film in Rome.

Speaking to the Vancouver Sun the actress said: It gave me a great experience making it, along with the privilege of working with Woody Allen, whom I first admired as a little girl.

"I've seen all his movies, so just to be around him, to spend time with him, to work with him," she explained. "It also gave me an Oscar, so it's a very special movie for me."

"We're going to shoot in Rome in July. I can't wait to be around him again, because he makes me laugh so much."

Cruz is currently enjoying box office success with Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides - her first big blockbuster movie.

It's the fourth film in the Pirates franchise and has currently grossed in excess of $809 million at the global box office.
