Pulp Fiction: Is there to be a Prequel?
John Travolta, who played hit man Vincent Vega in director Quentin Tarantino's blood-drenched 1994 film, said Tarantino has been considering another episode of the drama.Travolta currently in Venice to promote his latest movie the much acclaimed A Love Song for Bobby Long has said Tarantino calls up every six months to talk about a project on the story of the Vega brothers. The project he has in mind is a type of prequel to Pulp Fiction," he said in an interview, La Repubblica newspaper. "Then, it all remains in his mind."
Travolta’s A Love Song for Bobby Long set in New Orleans, co stars 20 year old Scarlett Johansson and is about a dying man forced to face up to his past.Travolta though to some extent poured cold water on the proposed collaboration saying "The problem is that we worked together in tight times, now he makes films for millions of dollars. I don't know if I'd still be OK for him."Fans of the 1994 cult film are sure to hope that the pair get together in the near future and a prequel is conceived.
