One of the most popular characters to come out of the Shrek franchise was of course Puss In Boots - so it really comes as no surprise that the character is getting a movie all to himself.

Yes Antonio Banderas is back to voice the swashbuckling cat with Billy Bob Thornton, Amy Sedaris, Salma Hayek and Zach Galifianakis all on the voice cast list.

Dreamworks is one again behind the project as Chris Miller, the man behind Antz, once again hops into the director's chair.

Way before Puss ever met Shrek, our suave and furry feline hero goes on a swashbuckling ride, as he teams with mastermind Humpty Dumpty and the street-savvy Kitty to steal the famed Goose that lays the Golden Eggs.
