Reese Witherspoon is sorry she ever complained about her long hours on a movie set - because life is so much tougher as a producer.The actress stepped behind the camera to star in and produce new movie Penelope - and now appreciates how tough the rest of the crew have it.She says, "The actor thing is easy. I used to grumble about long days, the producer's days are even longer."You have to get the money, you have to ask people to do favours for you.It's horrible. When it comes together it's really exciting."
