Rosamund Pike puts on weight when she wins naked roles.

The former Bond girl - who starred in the 2002 James Bond film 'Die Another Day' - gets so nervous when she knows she has to strip off she always ends up piling on the pounds.

She said: "It's funny. I kind of perversely put on weight when I had to be naked on stage, which now I look back on it I think is quite strange.

No way would I. Not even Botox. You look at someone like Dame Judi Dench and you just think she's the most beautiful woman. Because if you're a beautiful person then somehow all the lines fall in the right place.

"I look at pictures of that time - because my mum saves stuff - and I think 'Oh Gosh, I actually gained weight,' which is not what normal people would do if they knew they would have to appear naked every night!"

Despite being concerned about her body image, the 30-year-old beauty has vowed never to have cosmetic surgery.

She said: "No way would I. Not even Botox. You look at someone like Dame Judi Dench and you just think she's the most beautiful woman.

"Because if you're a beautiful person then somehow all the lines fall in the right place."
