Russell Crowe To Take Hollywood Break

Russell Crowe has admitted that he is taking a break from Hollywood.

The actor was last seen on the big screen earlier this year with The Next Three Days and is currently filming The Man With The Iron Fists the Oscar winner has revealed that he has no more movies in the pipeline this year.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph: "I don't really have any plans to go overseas and make any movies this year.

“We've got a lot of things going on in Australia and I need to spend some time here to solidify and build.

"We've got a bunch of projects we've been developing, one of them for the last seven years.

"For the next little while I want to become part of this magic wave that is rising in Australian film again.

“It's feeling really good. The energy is here."

It has been a busy couple of years for the actor as he found success with both State of Play and Robin Hood.
