JOHANSSON PLANS MOVE TO LONDONAmerican actress SCARLETT JOHANSSON is planning to move to London on a permanent basis, because she feels happiest there.The LOST IN TRANSLATION star has fallen in love with the British capital during her frequent promotional visits and is now looking for a suitable home in the fashionable Notting Hill area. Johansson says, "I felt London was a place I could be happy. I saw some nice places when I was working there and I think now is a good time to look."Notting Hill seemed to me the place to be because it's more like where I'm from in New York City."Even though I have family in Hampstead, which is a lovely district, Notting Hill had a younger vibe and I felt I could be more myself in Notting Hill."The property market is interesting at the moment and the prices seem to be kinder to the buyer so I'm going to check it out."
