Actor Shia LaBoeuf almost didn't get cast in new blockbuster Transformers, because he was deemed "not hot" by women working at director Michael Bay's office.The 21-year-old only managed to land his role when Bay showed his female employees LaBoeuf's audition tape, and they instantly adored him.
