The final instalment of The Hunger Games franchise will be split into two movies.
Mockingjay will be the third and final book to be adapted fort he big screen but it will follow in the footsteps of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn and be made into two films.
The first part of Mockingjay will hit the big screen in November 2014 with the second part following twelve months later.
At the moment all eyes are on the cast list for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire and Jennifer Lawrence's co-stars are starting to be revealed.
Philip Seymour Hoffman is the most high profile addition as the Oscar winner is set to take on the role of Plutarch Heavensbee, who does feature much more in the final instalment.
Jena Malone has been linked to the role of Johanna Mason and a whole host of actors have been linked to the role of Finnick Odair.
Filming on Catching Fire is set to get underway in September.
