Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy & Drive lead the London Critics' Circle Award nominations with six nods a piece.

The movie was a critical and commercial hit when it was released earlier this year - Gary Oldman's performance in particular gaining plenty of praise.

And he may have missed out on a Golden Globe nod but Oldman has picked up a Best Actor nomination from the London Critics' Circle.

Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy has also been nominated for Film of the Year as well as The Attenborough Award for British Film of the Year.

Drive is another movie that picked up six nods as Ryan Gosling will do battle with Oldman for Best Actor - George Clooney,mJean Dujardin, Michael Fassbender are also nominated in that category.

Drive has also been nominated for Film of the Year while Nicolas Winding Refn received a nod for Best Director.

Meryl Streep leads the Best Actress category for her role as Margaret Thatcher in The Iron Lady - Kirsten Dunst, Anna Paquin, Tilda Swinton and Michelle Williams are nominated alongside her.
